Where such a document conflicts with these Terms, the signed engagement document prevails for that project.
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, access, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and cost. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you supply to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to DigiTech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For project Deliverables, ownership of the final, paid-for work product transfers to the Client upon full payment, unless the engagement document states otherwise. DigiTech retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and know-how, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.
Where we provide software under a licence, your rights to use that software are limited to the terms of the applicable licence. You may not copy, sublicense, resell, or redistribute licensed software except as expressly permitted. Third-party components included in a Deliverable remain subject to their own licences.
Our Services may integrate with, or our website may link to, third-party platforms and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of performing the Services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms apply while you use our website or Services. We may suspend or terminate access to the website or an engagement if you breach these Terms or fail to pay amounts due. On termination, you remain liable for Services performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
DigiTech is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or utility failures, government actions, or other force-majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
